Atay's cash tournaments run on Skillz, operated by Firy Inc (NYSE: FIRY, formerly SKLZ). Search "Skillz promo code" and page one is coupon sites and casino affiliates, several promising coins that don't exist in Skillz cash games. We build games on the platform, so we went to the source: all 119 articles in Skillz's public help center. Not one explains how to redeem a promo code. Here's what each code really does, and how to judge a code page.

TL;DR: There's no public Skillz promo code that hands out withdrawable money. Skillz's help center says Bonus Cash comes from referrals, trophies and in-app Store offers, and it can't be withdrawn: it's forfeited when you cash out. Match codes are different. Skillz posts them in its Facebook community to unlock live-event entry during the event window.
- 0 of 119: we searched every article in Skillz's help center on September 23, 2026, and none explains redeeming a promo code. The documented routes are invite links, trophies and Store offers you apply by tapping a banner.
- Bonus Cash never withdraws. "You cannot withdraw Bonus Cash, and your Bonus Cash is forfeited whenever you make a withdrawal" (Skillz help center). It typically pays 10% of an entry fee.
- 60 days: all Bonus Funds are forfeited if you don't enter a cash competition within a continuous 60-day period (Skillz User Terms, §8.4).
- $2 a month: after 6 months of inactivity, a maintenance fee may be taken, "always starting with Bonus Cash first" (Skillz help center).
- Match codes unlock events, not money. Skillz posts them in its Facebook community, and they "only work during the active event window."
Is There a Working Skillz Promo Code Right Now?
No public code hands out withdrawable money. On September 23, 2026, we searched all 119 articles in Skillz's help center, and none explains redeeming a promo code. The documented ways to get Bonus Cash are referral invite links, trophies and limited-time Store offers you apply by tapping a banner. And Skillz says "not all offers are available to all players."
How we checked: we pulled all 119 articles from the help center's public API, across its Players, Skillz Arena and Social Casino sections, and searched them for "promo", "code" and "redeem". "Promo codes" appears only in the chat rules, which say "Posting of referral links or promo/invite codes (Skillz or otherwise) is not permitted" (Skillz Chat & Direct Messaging Rules).
What Skillz does describe is a tap, not a typed code: you "tap on the promotional banner directly to apply the offer before proceeding to the deposit screen" (Skillz, How does Bonus Cash work?). The only codes Skillz documents are live-event codes and personal invite links.
So why don't we list codes? Every real one is personal, time-boxed or unverifiable. An invite link belongs to one player, an event code dies with its event, and a code that "works for everyone" isn't something Skillz documents.

Is there a working Skillz promo code? Not a public one that pays withdrawable money. On September 23, 2026, none of the 119 articles in Skillz's help center explained redeeming a promo code. Skillz documents three Bonus Cash routes instead: referral invite links, certain trophies and limited-time Store offers applied by tapping a banner.
What's the Difference Between Z, Ticketz, Bonus Cash and Cash?
A Skillz wallet tracks four balances. Cash is deposits and winnings, and it's withdrawable. Bonus Cash is promo credit for cash-match entries that never withdraws. Z is a free-play currency you can't buy or cash out. Ticketz are loyalty points earned on every cash match. Skillz's balance-history screen filters by exactly these four.
That filter list is the cleanest map of the wallet: "all transactions, cash, 🅩 balance, Ticketz, bonus cash, and deposits/withdrawals" (Skillz, balance history). Here's what each balance can and can't do.

Z has hard limits: "🅩 cannot be used to enter any tournaments which have real money prizes" (Skillz, What is 🅩?). In the newer Skillz Arena app, free play uses Gemz instead; Cash and Bonus Cash carry over to Arena, but Gemz stay there (Skillz, About Skillz Arena).
Ticketz are the loyalty layer, "earned for every cash match you play, regardless of the outcome" (Skillz, What are Ticketz?). Your monthly total sets your Skillz Rewardz tier: Sapphire at 50 qualifying Ticketz, Emerald at 10,000, Pearl at 50,000, Ruby at 300,000 and Obsidian at 1,000,000 (Skillz Rewardz, edited December 2025).
One more source of confusion. Skillz's help center also describes a separate Social Casino, where "Z Coins" can be bought and Ticketz are used for sweepstakes games. That product isn't part of Atay's games, and Skillz itself says its Social Casino Z Coins "are NOT the same as the Z currency" in its mobile games. A Skillz cash-game wallet holds four balances, and only one is withdrawable. Cash (deposits plus winnings) withdraws once deposits are played. Bonus Cash enters cash matches but never withdraws. Z is free-play currency that "cannot be purchased" or cashed out. Ticketz are loyalty points earned on every cash match and redeemed for prizes, per Skillz's help center.
Can You Withdraw Bonus Cash From a Promo or Referral?
No. Skillz says "You cannot withdraw Bonus Cash, and your Bonus Cash is forfeited whenever you make a withdrawal." It typically covers 10% of an entry fee, and winnings on top of your entry are 100% real cash. Skillz's User Terms add that all Bonus Funds are forfeited after 60 days without entering a cash competition.
Skillz says "you typically pay the entry fee with 90% real cash and 10% Bonus Cash," using more Bonus Cash if you're short on real cash (Skillz help center). Win, and your entry comes back the way you paid it. The profit on top is 100% real cash.
At the standard rate, $1 of Bonus Cash covers the bonus slice of $10 in entries (arithmetic from Skillz's rule, not a test we ran). Treat it as extra entries, not extra money. And it can disappear three ways:
- Any withdrawal. "If you initiate a withdrawal of funds from your Account, you will forfeit all Bonus Funds currently in your Account" (Skillz User Terms, §8.4, updated May 22, 2025).
- 60 days without a cash match. "If you do not enter a Cash Competition within a continuous 60 day time period, all Bonus Funds in your account will be forfeited" (same section).
- Six months of inactivity. A $2.00 monthly fee may apply, "always starting with Bonus Cash first" (Skillz, maintenance fee).

A deposit promo doesn't change the deposit rule either: "Deposited funds must be played in matches before they're eligible for withdrawal" (Skillz, How do withdrawals work?). More on how bonus cash and real cash differ, and the cash-out steps.
Can you withdraw Skillz bonus cash? No. Skillz says Bonus Cash can enter tournaments but can't be withdrawn and is forfeited whenever you make a withdrawal. It typically covers 10% of an entry fee. Skillz's User Terms (§8.4) also forfeit all Bonus Funds after 60 days without a cash competition, and a $2 inactivity fee takes Bonus Cash first.
What Are Skillz Match Codes, and Where Do Real Ones Come From?
A match code is a key, not a coupon. Skillz says it posts live-event codes in its Facebook community, and players enter them in the app to unlock event access during the event window. The codes stop working when the window closes. Skillz's developer docs describe the same field: only players with the correct code can enter.
Skillz has promoted "exclusive match-coded events" on Facebook since May 2020 (Skillz news). Its August 2026 guide: join the group, watch for the code post, "Copy the code and enter it in the app during the live event window," then compete (Skillz blog, August 20, 2026).
One finished example: Skillz's Blackjack FB Sprint Series (August 19 to 23, 2026) had 10 live events and a $500 combined prize pool. Skillz posted an unlock code before each sprint, and players got free chances plus optional $0.50 re-plays (Skillz blog). Paid entries count: "the fee will be drawn every time you enter" an unlimited-entry event (Skillz help center).
From our side of the Skillz Developer Console, the field is plain: "If a match code is added, the Event is hidden by default." And the developer can't create the event unless the full prize pool is already in its wallet (Skillz Docs). The prizes are funded first; the code only opens the door.
Skillz's posts name its own titles, like Blackjack by Skillz and Solitaire by Skillz, so don't assume a code works in another game. Fan-run groups repost codes, but the source is Skillz's own community. One high-ranking code page calls match codes "just a different name for promo codes." Skillz's blog and docs say otherwise.
What is a Skillz match code? It's a key to a live event, not a coupon. Skillz says it posts live-event codes in its Facebook community and that they "only work during the active event window." Its developer docs say players "may only enter the Live Event if they enter the correct code." A match code unlocks entry; it adds no money.
How Does the Skillz Refer-a-Friend Bonus Work?
Skillz's help center says you share your invite link from the app's Free Bonus Cash menu, and when a friend makes their first-ever deposit through it, you both receive Bonus Cash. Its published referral terms limit the program to existing users Skillz selects and require referrers to disclose the reward under FTC endorsement rules.
In the app: slide-out menu, Free Bonus Cash, then SHARE (Skillz help center). Both sides get Bonus Cash, so it never withdraws. The Referral Program Terms require a real, new user aged 18+, void self-referrals, and describe a trial that ran in May 2025. Check the Free Bonus Cash screen for what's offered to you now.
The disclosure rule is the part code sites skip. Referrers must say they're existing users who receive Bonus Funds per referral, in line with FTC endorsement guides, which say a material connection "must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously" (16 CFR 255.5). Skillz's chat rules also ban posting referral links in public chat.
Don't game it with a second account: Skillz says "duplicate bonuses" can be "clawed back" (Skillz, Cross-Game Experience). For the wider picture, here's whether Skillz is legit.

Where Do Legitimate Skillz Offers Show Up for Existing Players?
Official Skillz offers show up in five places: limited-time banners on the in-app Store screen, promotional email if you opt in, trophies, Skillz Rewardz tier perks such as free event entries at mid-to-high tiers, and live-event codes in Skillz's official Facebook community. Skillz notes that not every offer is shown to every player.
- Store banners with a countdown timer, applied by tapping before you deposit.
- Email, if you check "I consent to being contacted about Skillz products and offers" under Account, then Personal Info.
- Trophies. "When you redeem trophies, you get additional cash and Z prizes," though some older games may no longer support them (Skillz, How do trophies work?).
- Skillz Rewardz. "Free entries are generally available to players at mid-to-high tiers," and some offers are personalized. To qualify for tier events and bonuses, you must play at least one cash game in the current or previous month.
- The Facebook community, for live-event codes, posted free.
US players who deposit by bank may also see offers: Skillz's Aeropay page advertises special offers and loyalty perks for bank deposits. So is there a code for existing users? Not a special one. Offers are personalized and in-app, redeemed by tapping a banner. Event lineups are skill-banded too, so your app may differ from a friend's (Skillz help center).
Where do real Skillz offers come from? Five official places: timed banners on the in-app Store screen, opt-in email, trophies, Skillz Rewardz perks (Skillz says free entries are "generally available to players at mid-to-high tiers"), and live-event codes in Skillz's Facebook community. Skillz's help center says not all offers are available to all players.
How Do You Spot a Fake Skillz Promo Code Page?
A fake code page promises something Skillz doesn't document: withdrawable "free money", a code that works for everyone, or coins with casino names. The FTC's rule of thumb applies to prize offers: "If you have to pay to get your prize, it's a scam." Never enter your Skillz login, card or PayPal details on a code site.

That last row isn't hypothetical. One high-ranking "Skillz promo code" page, updated in late August 2026, headlines free Gold Coins, says in its first section that there's no standard Skillz sign-up bonus, then points readers to other sweepstakes casinos. Other ranking pages we looked at the same month also pivot to other casinos or reward apps. Read what a page says, then check it against what Skillz says.
The FTC adds more tells. Scammers "pressure you to act now" and insist on payment by gift cards or cryptocurrency. They ask for financial details, yet "There's absolutely no reason to ever give your bank account or credit card number" to claim a prize (FTC, Fake Prize, Sweepstakes, and Lottery Scams, September 2025). One neighbor to separate out: Solitaire Cash and Bingo Cash are Papaya Gaming apps, with their own promo codes entered under Gifts, then Promo Code. Codes don't cross platforms.
How do you spot a fake Skillz promo code page? It promises what Skillz doesn't document: withdrawable "free money", one code for everyone, or casino coins like Gold Coins. It may ask for your login or a fee. The FTC says "If you have to pay to get your prize, it's a scam." Skillz's real bonus, Bonus Cash, can't be withdrawn.
How Do Promotions Work in Atay's Games?
Atay's cash games run on Skillz, so Bonus Cash, referral links, Ticketz and Store offers are Skillz platform features, not Atay offers, and what your app shows can vary. This site lists no promo codes. Skillz also lets developers run their own live events, with prizes funded in advance from a developer wallet and entry optionally locked by a match code.
Skillz's Developer Terms say the "overwhelming majority" of entry fees goes back to players as winnings, event prizes and "incentives that give them additional bonus cash" (Skillz Developer Terms, updated December 16, 2025). More on where bonus cash and prize money come from.
For developer-run events, Skillz's Live Events Addendum (August 11, 2025) bars starting one unless the Company Wallet "contains sufficient funds to pay out all prizes." And the "loyalty program that rewards you just for playing" in our Gin Rummy Cash listing is Skillz Rewardz, driven by Ticketz, not a code.
Two safety lines. Cash play is 18+ under Skillz's User Terms (§1.3.1); see how old you have to be to play cash game apps. It also depends on location, so check whether real-money play is allowed where you live. And Atay will never ask you to pay, or to share your login, to claim a code.
How do promotions work in Atay's games? They're Skillz platform features: Bonus Cash, invite links, Ticketz and Store offers. Atay lists no promo codes. Skillz lets developers host their own live events, but its Live Events Addendum requires the developer's wallet to hold enough to pay all prizes first, and a match code can lock entry.

Can you withdraw Ticketz or Z?
No. Skillz says Z can't be bought, withdrawn, sold or exchanged for cash, and can't enter real-money tournaments. Ticketz are a loyalty currency earned on every cash match, win or lose, and are redeemed for prizes in the Ticketz store rather than cashed out.
Are Skillz referral codes on coupon sites legit?
They're usually someone's personal invite link. Skillz's referral terms say the program is for existing users Skillz selects, and require referrers to disclose that they get Bonus Funds, under the FTC's endorsement guides. Skillz's chat rules also ban posting referral links or promo codes in chat.
Does a Solitaire Cash promo code work in Skillz games?
No. Solitaire Cash and Bingo Cash are made by Papaya Gaming, which runs its own platform and wallet. Its help center says its codes are entered under Gifts, then Promo Code, inside its own games. A code from one platform won't work on the other.
Why did Skillz take $2 from my bonus cash?
That's likely the inactivity maintenance fee. Skillz says accounts inactive for six months or more may be charged $2.00 a month, always taken from Bonus Cash first, and never when the balance is $0. Playing a free Z match or withdrawing your remaining balance avoids it.
The Bottom Line on Skillz Codes and Bonuses
Skillz codes are real, just not the kind the coupon sites sell. Six things to keep:
- No public money code exists. Skillz's help center documents none.
- Bonus Cash is extra entries, not extra money. It never withdraws and disappears on any withdrawal, after 60 days without a cash match, or through the $2 inactivity fee.
- Match codes are keys to live events, posted free by Skillz and dead when the window closes.
- Referral links pay Bonus Cash, and Skillz requires referrers to disclose that.
- Judge a code page by Skillz's own documents, not by a "verified" badge.
- Cash play is 18+ and depends on where you live.
