Cash game apps publish their withdrawal rules in help centers and terms, and the numbers repeated elsewhere often don't match them. This index copies each rule from the platform's own page, links it and dates it. Where a platform publishes nothing, the cell says so. Atay Games' cash matches run on Skillz, operated by Firy Inc (NYSE: FIRY, formerly SKLZ).
Skillz charges $1.50 on withdrawals under $10 (its terms allow up to $2.00), publishes no minimum, and tells US players to expect paper checks in 4-6 weeks. Of the 8 paid-entry rows in this index, 4 publish a minimum withdrawal, from $1.75 to $6, and all 8 forfeit bonus cash when you withdraw.

- A fee is not a minimum. Skillz publishes a $1.50 fee on withdrawals under $10 and no minimum withdrawal. A search engine's answer we checked on September 25, 2026 still turned that into a "$10 minimum."
- Help center and terms differ. Skillz's help center says $1.50 and "4-6 weeks." Its User Terms (May 22, 2025) allow a fee "of up to $2.00" and say processing "may take up to ninety (90) days."
- Skillz's two help centers differ too. The standalone games' article says instant bank withdrawals are "in early access and only available to select test users" (text last edited June 18, 2025). Skillz Arena's says they're "available to most users" (edited July 5, 2026). Both were live on September 26, 2026.
- Half the paid-entry rows publish no minimum. 4 of 8 publish one: WorldWinner $1.75 ($10 for checks), Bingo Bling $5, Bingo Stars $5 and Triumph Arcade $6.
- Bonus cash never survives a withdrawal. All 8 paid-entry rows say bonus cash is forfeited or reset when you withdraw. On 3 of 8 (both Skillz rows and WorldWinner), part of a withdrawal can arrive as a paper check.
- Small withdrawals cost the most. Skillz's $1.50 is 30% of a $5 cash-out, 16.7% of $9 and 0% of $10.
- 82 of every 100 dollars of entries went to prizes. Firy's June 2026 investor deck indexes Skillz's fiscal 2025 economics at 82% prizes, 2% incentives and developer profit share, and a 16% take rate, as a platform-wide average.

What does it cost to withdraw from a cash game app?
Withdrawal costs are set platform by platform and published in help centers and terms. As of September 2026, Skillz, which runs Atay Games' cash matches, charges $1.50 on withdrawals under $10 and publishes no minimum withdrawal. This index quotes each platform's own page, dates it, and marks anything a platform doesn't publish as "not published".
The table covers eight paid-entry rows: two Skillz apps and six platforms that run their own cash competitions. In 2026 their rules differ on almost every column, from a $1.75 minimum at WorldWinner to no published minimum at all on Skillz. Reward apps, which pay out points rather than prizes from entry fees, get their own table further down.
How to read it. Every cell quotes or closely paraphrases the platform's own help center, FAQ or terms, linked in the Source column with that page's own date. "Not published" means we found no statement on the platform's own pages on the last-checked date. It doesn't mean zero. Rows are alphabetical, amounts are in US dollars, and we don't rank platforms.

Check the Source date before you rely on a cell. Help centers change: one platform edited most of its withdrawal articles in September 2026. Three other costs sit outside this table: state rules on where cash play is allowed, taxes on prizes, and inactivity fees, which have their own small table in the section on other platforms.
What are Skillz's withdrawal fees, minimums and payout times?
In 2026, Skillz charges $1.50 on any withdrawal under $10 and publishes no minimum. Money up to your total deposits goes back to the card or PayPal you deposited with; US winnings above that go by paper check, which Skillz says to expect in 4-6 weeks. A US bank linked through Aeropay usually receives standard ACH in under 24 business hours.
Skillz's withdrawals article, updated August 5, 2026, sets the rules for every standalone Skillz game, Atay's included. Its last line reads: "please also note that there is a $1.50 charge for any withdrawals under $10." It names no minimum. Instead, "The withdrawal screen will show how much of your balance is eligible."
Two conditions come first. Deposits "must be played in matches before they're eligible for withdrawal," so a $10 deposit has to be played through once. And Bonus Cash "cannot be withdrawn, and is forfeited when you make a withdrawal." Both are in the same article.
Where a Skillz withdrawal goes
The routing explains most "why did my money go there?" questions. Skillz's own example: deposit $10 by card, later withdraw $20, and "we would refund $10 to your card and send you a $10 check in the mail." Prepaid cards follow the same rule, so Skillz's prepaid-card article says to keep the card, because "If you don't have this card, your withdrawal may be forfeit." The help center and the User Terms don't say the same thing
Skillz publishes its rules in two places, and they differ. Neither is wrong. The help center describes how things normally work, and the terms set the outer limits.

Why so slow by check? Skillz's explainer says "we take time to review gameplay and account histories" before approving, and the withdrawals article says "We manually process each withdrawal." The 1-2 weeks of mail time comes after that processing, so don't add the two together or treat either one as a promise.
Skillz Arena has its own help pages
Skillz now runs a second app, Skillz Arena, with one wallet across several games and its own help category. Its articles repeat the $1.50 fee and the routing. Its deposit article also sets a "$5 minimum," which the standalone help pages don't publish, and lists "Bank transfer (ACH) via Aeropay" next to cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
The two help centers word instant bank withdrawals differently. The Arena article, whose text was edited July 5, 2026, says "Instant Cashout is available to most users." The standalone article's text, last edited June 18, 2025, says they're "in early access and only available to select test users." Both were live on September 26, 2026, so check which app you're in before you count on either one.
Two more lines round out the Skillz rows. While a withdrawal is pending "you may not deposit additional funds," but you can cancel it and play the money. And cash play isn't offered everywhere. As of 2026, Skillz lists no cash play in Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Louisiana and South Dakota, with extra limits in a few more states (see where cash play is available).

How much does a small withdrawal fee really cost?
A flat fee costs more the smaller the withdrawal. In 2026, Skillz's $1.50 charge is 30% of a $5 withdrawal, 16.7% of $9 and nothing at $10 or more. At the $2.00 maximum its terms allow, $9 would lose 22.2%. Waiting until you can withdraw $10 in one go avoids the fee entirely.
The fee is charged per withdrawal, not per match, so the arithmetic is simple: divide the fee by the amount you take out. Skillz's help center names $1.50 on anything under $10. The table runs that figure and the terms' $2.00 ceiling side by side.

Call it the $10 rule. One withdrawal of $10 or more costs $0 on Skillz. Five $2 withdrawals would cost $7.50 of a $10 balance. The fee also comes out of your profit, and our break-even win rate guide shows how slowly that refills. At $1 entries paying 1.7 times the entry, a player who wins 65% of matches needs about 15 matches of expected profit to earn back one $1.50 fee.

How much of the entry fees goes back to players as prizes?
In Firy's June 2026 investor deck, Skillz's fiscal 2025 unit economics are indexed to 100 units of gross marketplace volume: 82 went to prizes, 2 to incentives and developer profit share, and 16 was the take rate. Spread across a two-player match, an 82% payout would need a 61.0% win rate to break even.
The figure comes from slide 23, "Unit Economics by Business," of the Firy equity investor deck, filed as an exhibit to an 8-K on June 18, 2026. Under "Indexed Unit Economics FY 2025," it shows two players each paying "50 Indexed Entry Fee." Together that's "Indexed Gross Marketplace Volume 100," which splits into "Indexed Prizes 82," "Indexed Incentives & Dev Profit Share 2" and "Indexed Revenue 16," labeled "Take-rate 16% of GMV."
Skillz fiscal 2025: where 100 units of entry fees went
Three labels keep the number honest. It's a platform-wide average for fiscal 2025 across every format, not a rule for any single match. Gross marketplace volume, per Skillz's fiscal 2025 results (March 31, 2026), "means the total entry fees paid by users," so entries paid with bonus cash are in it. And the "2" includes developers' profit share, which means studios like ours.
What does 82% mean for a head-to-head? If a two-player match paid exactly the average, a $5 entry would return $8.20 to the winner, entry included. That's 1.64 times the entry, and it needs a 61.0% win rate to break even (our calculation: 5 ÷ 8.20). Real matches pay whatever their match card says, so work from your own card. What do other paid-entry platforms publish about withdrawals?
Of the eight paid-entry rows in this 2026 index, four publish a minimum withdrawal, from $1.75 at WorldWinner to $6 at Triumph Arcade. All eight say bonus cash is forfeited or reset when you withdraw. Each rule is quoted from the platform's own help center or terms, linked and dated; silence is marked "not published".
These notes add context the table can't hold. They're facts from each platform's own pages as of September 26, 2026, in table order, and nothing more.
- Bingo Bling (App Store seller Game Story ltd). A withdrawal starts an in-app countdown, and "As long as it is running you can cancel the withdrawal." Its fee article is quoted in full in the table rather than summarized, and the calculator applies only the $1 fee.
- Bingo Stars (Lucky Day Entertainment, Inc.). Its help pages show relative dates such as "Last Updated: 114d," which we converted to calendar dates on the check day. Several apps share the name; this row is the Lucky Day app only.
- Blitz - Win Cash (ESPORT NEWCO). Its terms say both the minimum and the processing fee are shown in the app, so neither amount is published on its web pages.
- Solitaire Smash (Play Perfect Ltd.). We found no public help center, so its terms (last revised May 11, 2026) are the only source.
- Triumph Arcade (Triumph Arcade, LLC). The only withdrawal fee its terms describe is for instant withdrawals, and a daily withdrawal limit "may vary depending on factors including your deposit history."
- WorldWinner (Game Taco, Inc.). Many of its withdrawal articles were edited between September 2 and September 25, 2026, and two live articles give different processing windows (7 and 10 business days).
One rule applies to all of them: we cite help centers, FAQs and terms, never app-store descriptions. The two sometimes differ, and the help page is the one support staff work from.
Inactivity fees, where published
Leave money sitting in an account long enough and several platforms start charging for it. These fees aren't withdrawal fees, but they can empty a small balance.

What do reward apps publish about cash-outs?
Reward apps don't charge entry fees, so their rules are about thresholds, fees and expiry. Among the six in this 2026 index, Freecash charges 5% on PayPal cash-outs and Mistplay caps redemptions at $550 a year. Points can lapse after 60 days without a login at Rewarded Play, or six months after credit at JustPlay.
Reward apps work differently from cash games. You don't deposit and there's no prize pool: you earn points for playing games or finishing offers, then redeem them for PayPal money or gift cards. So the useful columns are the cash-out threshold, any fee, the payout methods and how long your points last. Our review of whether Mistplay is legit shows how one of them works day to day.

Three details are easy to miss. Freecash's first cash-out threshold varies by region ("$5-$20 depending on your region") before per-method minimums apply. Swagbucks' minimum comes from an article last edited in 2021, which is why the date sits next to it. And Mistplay's "What is Mistplay?" article describes the Android app and says it "does not cover Mistplay applications accessed through other operating systems," so the iOS app's rules may differ.
Why do published withdrawal numbers disagree?
Most disagreements come from three habits: treating a fee threshold as a minimum, repeating an old help-center line after it changed, and applying one platform's rule to another. We ran the common searches in September 2026 and compared the answers with the first-party pages. Here are five claims that didn't match. We describe the claim, not who made it.

The pattern is the same each time. A number gets copied from one app to "cash game apps" in general, or a fee threshold gets rewritten as a floor. The fix is to go back to the platform's own page, which is why every cell above links to one.
How do we build and refresh this index?
We copy each rule from the platform's own help center or terms, link the page and record its date. Every quarter we re-read every page and check that each quoted sentence is still there; a changed page triggers an update within five business days. Affiliate sites, app reviews and forum posts are never used as sources.
For this 2026 Q4 edition, a short script re-read 38 first-party pages on September 26, 2026, recorded each page's own dates and confirmed that every quoted phrase was still present. We then read the remaining terms pages by hand. We build games on Skillz, so we know its rules from the developer side too, but nothing here comes from private data.

- Dates. Two per row: the source page's own date (as shown, or its help-center "edited" or "updated" stamp) and the day we checked it.
- Inclusion. US-available apps that take real-money entries or pay cash rewards, with a verifiable developer and at least one published withdrawal rule. We don't cover every app.
- Limits. We don't test withdrawals ourselves, in-app screens can differ from help pages, rules vary by state and country, and "not published" can hide a rule shown only inside the app.

Does Skillz charge a withdrawal fee?
Yes, on small withdrawals. Skillz's help center says there is "a $1.50 charge for any withdrawals under $10," and its User Terms allow a fee of up to $2.00 on withdrawals under $10. A withdrawal of $10 or more carries no fee under either document. Entry fees are a separate cost.
What is the minimum withdrawal on Skillz?
Skillz doesn't publish one. Its help center says the withdrawal screen shows how much of your balance is eligible, and deposited money must be played in matches once before it can be withdrawn. Withdrawals under $10 carry a $1.50 fee, which is why some sites wrongly describe $10 as a minimum.
How long does a Skillz withdrawal take?
It depends on the route. Money up to your deposits goes back to your card or PayPal. US winnings above that go by paper check, which Skillz says to expect in 4-6 weeks, and checks typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive once processed. A bank linked through Aeropay usually gets standard ACH in under 24 business hours.
Why did my withdrawal go back to my card?
Skillz sends withdrawals up to your total deposits back to the card or PayPal you deposited with, oldest deposit first. Only winnings above your deposits go by check in the US or to PayPal abroad. If you deposited with a prepaid card, keep it: the money returns to that card first.
Do I lose bonus cash when I withdraw?
Yes, on every paid-entry platform in this index. Skillz says Bonus Cash "is forfeited when you make a withdrawal," WorldWinner says Bonus Bucks "are forfeited when any withdrawal is requested," and the rest of the index uses similar wording. On Skillz, unused Bonus Cash is also forfeited after 60 days without a cash match.
