1. Using the App
You must be 12 or older. You're responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you publish. Don't submit prompts intended to produce sexual, hateful, violent, self-harm, illegal, or harassing content — such prompts are blocked and repeated abuse may end your access.
2. User-Generated Content
Games, remixes, titles, and cover art you publish are visible to other users. You grant Atay Games a license to host, display, and distribute your published content within the app. You can make games private or delete your account at any time. We may remove content that violates these terms; content with 3+ open reports is automatically hidden pending review.
3. AI-Generated Content
Games are generated by AI from your prompt on our studio game framework. Output can be unexpected; we don't guarantee any particular result. Automated moderation screens prompts, generated code, and images before publishing.
4. Remixing
Any public game can be remixed by others, with lineage credited to the original creator. By publishing, you allow your public games to be remixed.
5. Subscriptions
AI Game Maker Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered weekly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Prices are shown in-app before purchase. The free tier includes a daily number of generations; Pro removes that limit (subject to a fair-use cap).
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Atay Games is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
