Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Account identifier: when you sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple-provided user identifier. We do not receive your name or email unless you choose to share them.
• Content you create: the prompts you type and the games and remixes generated from them. Published games (including title and cover art) are public.
• Usage data: app events (screens viewed, games played, generations, purchases) via Firebase Analytics, and crash diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics. Prompts and personal content are never included in analytics or crash reports.
• Subscription status: managed by RevenueCat and Apple; we store only whether your account is free or pro.
• Push token: if you enable notifications, a device token so we can notify you about remixes and milestones.

2. AI-Generated Content

Games and cover art are generated by AI (Google Gemini) from your prompt. Prompts are sent to the AI provider to produce your game and are screened by automated moderation before anything is published. Generated content is owned by you for personal use within the app.

3. How We Use It

To run the service (generate games, show the feed, process subscriptions), to keep the community safe (moderation, reports, blocking), and to improve the product (aggregate analytics).

4. Sharing

We use Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, and Apple as processors. We do not sell personal data. Published games are visible to other users by design.

5. Your Choices & Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile and hides your games from the feed. You can block creators and report content in-app.

6. Children

AI Game Maker is rated for ages 12+. Content is moderated to be family-safe; user-generated content may be reported and is reviewed within 24 hours.
